About Sams Repair & Remodel

Sams Repair & Remodel is a locally owned, one-man home repair and remodeling shop serving homeowners across Greater Knoxville and the surrounding areas. This website is our storefront on the web — it shows off real before-and-after projects, explains the services we offer, and gives neighbors a simple way to request a free, no-obligation estimate.

It is built for local homeowners — families, retirees, first-time buyers, and anyone who wants their home treated with care. Whether you need a full kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation, built-in carpentry, general repairs, or landscaping design, everything here is designed to help you understand what we do and see the quality for yourself in honest, actual project photos.

Behind every project is the owner himself. Sams Repair & Remodel has served the community for more than 10 years on a simple promise: do honest work at a fair price, show up when we say we will, and stand behind every nail, board, and brushstroke. When you call, you talk to the person doing the work — not a call center, and not a big crew that treats your home like just another job site.
